Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the following business day.  All orders ship with tracking and you'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please contact us at hello@ashwameric.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Estimated Shipping Times/Delays

When you choose your shipping option during the checkout process, please remember that the indicated delivery timeframe for your order is an approximation. It's important to note that these shipping estimates do not encompass the order processing period, which typically takes 1-2 business days.

Regrettably, we are unable to assure specific delivery schedules due to ongoing delays faced by postal services in both the United States and Canada

To stay informed about the status of your shipment, kindly refer to the tracking information in your order confirmation email and follow up with the carrier.

Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for shipping expenses in cases of delays, inaccurately supplied addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

In situations where a shipment is returned to us due to delivery issues, you have two options. You can either receive a refund for the product, with the original shipping fee deducted, or you may opt for the reshipment of the order to an alternative address, which will incur an additional shipping charge.

If you choose to decline the delivery of your package, the shipping cost associated with returning the package to Earth's Mushrooms will be subtracted from the total amount refunded for your order.

United States Shipping

AshwaMeric cannot assume responsibility for any losses, damages, or costs associated with shipping due to items being stolen, lost by the carrier or damaged. The customer assumes title and risk of loss upon the order's handover to the third-party shipping service provider.

Please reach out directly to the carrier for any updates on the status of your package.

Canadian Shipping

The shipping policies mentioned for the United States orders also extend to shipments heading to Canada. However, there are a few notable exceptions:

AshwaMeric cannot assume responsibility for any losses, damages, or costs associated with shipping or items rejected by customs. The customer assumes title and risk of loss upon the order's handover to the third-party shipping service provider.

After your order crosses the Canadian border, please reach out directly to the carrier for any updates on the status of your package.

Please note: The customer is responsible for all federal and provincial shipping related taxes. The customer agrees to comply with all export laws of Canada that apply to the products purchased or received under this agreement.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Products

UNDELIVERABLE/WRONG ADDRESS

If your order is undeliverable for any reason, due to a wrong address, suite or apartment number, re-shipping charges will be applied to re-ship your order. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, order processing time may be delayed and our customer service team will contact you via email or by phone.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact customer service at hello@ashwameric.com within 24-48 hours.
